Shipping

Any orders placed through my shop are packed and shipped within 5-7 working days following the purchase. Once the couriers collect the parcels, they would normally deliver in the following 2-4 days within Spain. For orders placed from abroad, these times may vary and be as long as 2-3 weeks depending on the country of destination.

When an item is sent from my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service and customs. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with myself and the postage companies. I’ll always try my best to help the situation but occasionally things can go wrong, in which case please get in touch and we can arrange a refund or for another order to be sent out. This happens very rarely and I deal with any instances of breakage/missing items on a case by case basis.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted if the wrong items are accidentally shipped out to you. If this does occur, please get in touch via email at galbanysebastia@gmail.com providing order number and images of the goods received.

Tax and duties

Customs and import duties are raised once the parcel reaches the destination country and I can’t determine, or can predict what these charges may be. I’m not responsible for any additional charges and you must pay for these in full. Customs charges and policies vary and we would advise you to contact your local customs office to get the required information and to understand which duties might be applicable to receive your parcel, before you place your order. 

Once the parcel leaves us, we have no control to cancel the order. Furthermore, delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Please note that this is beyond our control.

Care recommendations

My work is made with high temperature fired stoneware, meaning they are more susceptible to chipping compared to mass produced wares. Crackled glazed pieces will inherently stain or mark overtime. They are everyday use objects, however they’re artisan and therefore require more care than normal mass produced ceramics.

Please handle your ceramics with care, wash by hand if possible and refrain from using any strongly staining foods/liquids with them. A wash quickly after use and/or not leaving liquid on them overnight or for long periods of time is recommended. Although my pieces are safe to be used in the dishwasher, they aren’t as durable as factory made wares, so hand washing them is recommended.

Some pieces may appear differently from that pictured as every piece is worked on individually throughout the different stages of the process. All of my pieces are handmade and therefore subtle differences are expected from item to item.
