Manifesto

I can feel the energy and the transformation of the elements in my hands, the erosion and the time that shaped them, the heat of the fire that gives them life, the moisture of the earth that gives them form…

It is my will to respect and honor these energies.

Creating soulful ceramics is a way of connecting with myself, with nature and beyond. All of them being truly One.

For me, creating ceramics is a spiritual practice.

A Dialogue with the Fire

Fire, by its creative and destructive nature, gives and takes away.

But when it gives, if you have his favor, it will not give you what you want, he will give you something even better, it will give you what you need.

Its transformative power and its unpredictability teaches me how to continue evolving as a human and as an artist.

Fire teaches me about patience, acceptance, imperfection, humility, to not have expectations and learning to appreciate the unexpected.

It is he, ultimately, who decides how the pieces will look like or whether they deserve to survive.

That is why I choose to work with fire, because of this intimate and direct relationship with the primary magic of the flames and for making nature an active part of my creative process.

I also love photography, you can find my photo work here.
And an interview for a Solo Photo Exhibition I did in Bangkok back in 2019 here.
